What is a Rally Time Trial?

It is a sprint competition open to fully-prepared rally cars as seen on the Mull Rally. After a low-speed recce run, each car would attempt the 3 mile forest stage a number of times, nominally 4 but perhaps 6 if time allows. The best time of the day wins. The cars would return to the paddock at low speed along the public road.

Eligible cars are Stage-prepared rally cars as you would see on the Mull Rally. The Rally Time Trial is particularly good for spectators, who will be able to see each car 4 to 6 times without having to move.
